Caregivers for elderly family members lack accessible, private tools to process their emotional experiences and get quick, supportive guidanceāespecially during late nights and moments of overwhelm.
02 What I Built
- Built iOS & Android apps from scratch using React Native and Expo
- Developed backend APIs with Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL
- Implemented secure authentication and subscription management
- Integrated OpenAI for emotionally intelligent chat, journaling prompts, and daily summaries
- Created marketing website and business email infrastructure
- Set up production hosting, environment configuration, and deployments

Used OpenAI proxy route to protect API keys and add safety guardrails for sensitive mental health content
